Background

The widest possible dissemination of reports and other research documents is a priority for all research organizations, especially in developing countries. In effect, capitalizing on experience and knowledge is one of the pillars of the development process.

To this end, the Executif Secretariat of CILSS decided to make available to the general public its entire body of scientific publications and technical reports in order to permit a better capitalization of all that has been accomplished by CILSS programs.
