Opening ceremony

The formal opening ceremony of this meeting took place on friday october 28th, 2016 and was chaired by Mr. Kevin Tekpat, DIR/NPFS representative the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in presence of Mr Mahalmoudou Hamadoun, Coordinator Regional Support Program Food Security, Desertification Control, Population and Development of CILSS and Dr Rabé Mani, FAO representative in Nigeria. Participants at this workshop should come from national services and their partners involved in food and nutrition security monitoring.
